* First and foremost organic cotton and inks do not use the bleach and chemical PVCs used in traditional screen and direct-to-garment printing and therefore do not introduce these hazardous materials and chemicals into our environment.

The higher the quality of the art file provided the higher the quality of the print we can deliver. We can accept vector format files of the following types: Corel Draw 12, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CS, PDF, EPS, AI, CDR |

| Can I receive a sample proof before ordering? |
W e will send you an electronic proof of your t-shirt design within 2 days of placing your order. Your order will not be sent to print production until you have approved your electronic proof unless you explicitly waive your sample proof. If you require a sample proof prior to placing your order or a production proof, then contact us at 704-544-4883 and we will assist you in developing a sample proof and order quote. |

| How does the free shipping work? |
All domestic orders include free standard ground shipping. If you require rush or overnight shipping, standard rates will apply. |

| How long will it take to receive my order? |
Please allow for 2-3 week from the time you accept your electronic proof for printing of your shirts. Typically repeat orders can be done in 2 weeks or less. Plan for 3-5 days shipping when determining your date needed for the shirts. If you are in need of a rush order please contact us at 704-544-4883 and we will assist you in setting up a rush order. |

| Why aren't white t-shirts available for order? |
White cotton t-shirts do not occur naturally. In order to create white cotton tees the t-shirt manufacturer must bleach the cotton fibers used in milling the apparal. Rather than introducing chemical bleaches into the manufacturing process, we use natural colored cotton t-shirts in lieu of white t-shirts for truly organic printing. |

Our money back guarantee covers all flawed garments. This does not cover returning products that have been misprinted as a result of artwork that was provided incorrectly by the purchaser. Returns and exchanges for flawed garments under the 100% quality money back guarantee must be made within 10 days of delivery of the products.
